About Us

Elizabeth and I meet at the swimming pool in our apartment complex in Old Town Scottsdale shortly after I moved here from Michigan and her from Tennessee in mid 1997. After dating for about 4 months I called my Mom and told her that Elizabeth was "the one" for me and she gave me the best advice of my life. She said that if you want a relationship to last it must be built on a foundation of GOD. We followed Mom's advice and our lives have been very blessed. Our lives are not perfect but we have always been surrounded with love.

As you can see ins the picture we are raising a couple fun kids. Jordan our Daughter (7) has a compassionate hart and a effervescent personality and love all thing Pink. Noah is (5) is playful, easygoing and a huge Star Wars fan.

We owned our own mortgage brokerage (Ironwood Lending) from 2001 - 2008 that had grown to 50 employees and had to close it down as a result of the credit crisis that has affected so many. Fortunately when one door closes another opens. I've found an excellent organization that I am proud to be part of.

Prime Lending is “FDIC Insured Bank”. That means that we process, draw docs, UNDERWRITE and FUND loans here locally ntirely inhouse which means we have control of the process.

We are big enough to have our Banking License and Prime Lending is fully endorsed to underwrite & fund FHA, VA and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loans all in-house. At the same time we are small enough to provide excellent service and fast turn times on purchase transactions. We are not a cumbersome bureaucracy.

I’m quite excited about the way things are starting to turn around and look forward to watching the recovery. Opportunity surrounds us.
